Our goal is to correct structural abnormalities in your spine and return your spine as close to ideal or normal as possible. We all know that the human body has a normal temperature, a normal range for blood pressure and eye sight, but most of us are unaware that there is also a normal when it comes to the structural alignment of the spine.

Normal Structure is NOT an OptionWhat would happen if there were a shift from the normal alignment of your automobile? How about a shift in your home's foundation? The structural alignment of your spine is like the foundation of your house. If the foundation of your house shifts from its normal structural alignment, the resulting damage can be devastating. For example: cracks in the walls, creaky floorboards, doors and windows that won't close properly.

Similar to the foundation of a house, structural damage to the spine may be the underlying cause of a myriad of symptoms. Simply bandaging your symptoms is unlikely to correct the true cause of your condition and may lead to further spinal decay and more aggressive deterioration. When your spine loses its ideal or normal structure, the results are:

  • weakening of the muscles, ligaments, and tendons surrounding the spine
  • loss of strength of the discs, which puts them at risk for herniation (‘slipped disc’)
  • arthritic bone spurs develop which progress until the bones fuse
  • deformed bones of the spine
  • complete loss of all disc space.

If you have lost ideal structure of your spine, symptoms may not be apparent, however the loss of normal structure may soon result in:

  • tightening of your muscles
  • jamming of your joints
  • aches
  • discomfort, and
  • aggressive spinal degeneration
